The previous organisational assessment process faces challenges of delayed insights for clients and resource-intensive reporting for consultants. Manual data handling raises privacy concerns, causing further friction. A solution is needed to enhance the assessment process, providing prompt, valuable insights for clients and streamlining reporting for consultants, all while ensuring data privacy.

Impact:
The project aims to develop and implement an Assessment Analytics capability that empowers clients and consultants to access, analyze, and derive valuable insights from KF assessment data efficiently. By addressing existing challenges and limitations, the goal is to provide prompt, insightful, and privacy-conscious analytics for clients while streamlining reporting for consultants.
1. Build a Simple and Flexible System
Create a design system for analytics that’s easy to adapt for different kinds of reports, following what’s standard in the market.
2. Decide What’s Essential for the First Version
Pick the most important features to include in the first POC (Proof of Concept) to make sure we start strong and practical.
3. Make Customization Easy
Keep the system simple and user-friendly, so anyone can customize reports without feeling stuck or overwhelmed.
Achieved a System Usability Scale (SUS) score of 75, exceeding the industry benchmark of 65.
Automated manual processes like fetching assessment data and tailoring it to client requirements, significantly cutting the time needed for submissions.
Minimized mistakes caused by manual data entry, ensuring more accurate and reliable analytics.
Recently a large industrial client was using the Korn Ferry Potential tool as part of a large-scale talent assessment and development program. Using the analytics platform to monitor trends as the project progressed, they were able to easily identify group strengths and development needs quickly and in an automated way.
Users were also able to easily create graphics to represent the trends they were seeing in the platform, which updated automatically as participants completed their assessments. Activities were then targeted towards these common development areas.
